AI Chatbot
We use a third-party platform, ai12z, to power a chatbot on our website. Questions you ask the chatbot and the answers it generates are stored by ai12z for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted unless removed sooner. In addition to providing us with an analytics dashboard to review chatbot usage, ai12z may also use conversation data for their own product improvement purposes. We do not use chatbot conversations to sell products or share them with third parties outside of ai12z's platform.
Content Risk Auditor
We offer a content risk auditor tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyze a single, publicly available web page URL that you submit. To use this tool, you will be asked to provide your email address, which we use for lead generation purposes, including following up with information about our services. We do not collect or analyze any personal or private information through this tool beyond the email address you provide and the public URL you choose to submit.
The content of the submitted web page is sent to third-party AI providers, including Perplexity, Google, and/or Anthropic, in order to generate the analysis. These providers handle data according to their own privacy and retention practices, which may vary. The content submitted through this tool is not used to make any automated decisions about you as an individual, and it is not shared or sold beyond what is necessary to generate your results.
