Jonna Robertson

Jonna is the Senior Strategy Lead, Emerging Technology at Diagram, where she helps shape how AI-based services are developed and brought to market. Her work bridges strategy, marketing, and business development to define scalable solutions that drive meaningful impact for clients.

With a background in marketing operations, eCommerce, and business strategy, Jonna brings a practical understanding of how technology can create measurable business value. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

Outside of work, Jonna competes as an amateur pool player and approaches every challenge—on or off the table—with a problem-solver’s mindset.
